How Cleverfind uses artificial intelligence, what data is processed, and why AI-generated stock research must be independently verified.
How Cleverfind uses AI
Cleverfind uses third-party artificial-intelligence models to generate research responses, organise information, summarise conversations, and create short conversation titles. AI may support additional explanatory or analytical features as the product develops.
AI assists presentation and reasoning; it does not replace the underlying issuer filing, exchange record, broker statement, or other primary source. Cleverfind does not permit the AI system to execute a securities transaction.
Information sent to AI providers
Do not enter passwords, trading PINs, one-time passwords, bank credentials, government identifiers, or other sensitive information that is not required for research.
When you submit a research prompt, Cleverfind sends the prompt, system instructions, the selected company context, and relevant recent conversation messages or summaries to the configured AI provider. Cleverfind stores your prompts and generated responses to provide conversation history.
The current research-chat implementation does not automatically attach your complete portfolio to every AI request. If a future feature uses portfolio or other account data as model context, the interface and privacy disclosures should identify that use before or when it occurs.
Probabilistic and variable output
AI models generate likely text rather than retrieving guaranteed truth. An output may invent facts, figures, quotations, dates, sources, or citations; confuse companies; overlook a qualification; make a calculation error; or present speculation as fact.
The same prompt may produce different answers. A fluent or detailed response is not evidence that it is correct, current, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
Source and freshness limits
A model may not have access to current market prices, recent filings, exchange notices, corporate actions, or events after its knowledge or context cutoff. Cleverfind may provide selected context, but the model can still misinterpret or omit it.
Treat citations as leads to verify, not proof. Open the cited primary document, confirm the company, period, unit, consolidated or standalone basis, and whether later information has superseded it.
No professional or investment advice
AI output is general informational content. It is not a personalised recommendation, SEBI-regulated investment advice or research, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a promise of performance.
Never use AI output as the sole or decisive basis for buying, selling, holding, sizing, or timing a security. Apply your own judgment and consult appropriately registered or qualified professionals.
Your verification responsibilities
- Check material financial figures against issuer filings and exchange disclosures.
- Check current prices, holdings, orders, and account obligations directly with your broker or depository participant.
- Recalculate ratios and derived metrics where they affect a decision.
- Distinguish facts from interpretation and scenarios from forecasts.
- Consider contrary evidence, missing data, conflicts, and the possibility of model bias.
- Stop relying on an output when a source cannot be found or a material fact cannot be verified.
Human review and safeguards
Cleverfind may use system instructions, source context, rate limits, testing, monitoring, and user reporting to improve output quality and safety. These measures reduce some risks but do not eliminate error.
Unless expressly stated for a specific item, AI responses are not individually reviewed by a human before delivery. Cleverfind may review limited conversation content where necessary to investigate a report, enforce these policies, improve reliability, or comply with law, subject to access controls.
Prohibited AI use
- Generating or distributing unlawful securities tips, market-manipulation content, fabricated disclosures, impersonation, fraud, or deceptive promotions.
- Presenting Cleverfind output as regulated advice, an official issuer statement, or independently verified research when it is not.
- Automating a high-impact financial, employment, credit, insurance, legal, or eligibility decision without lawful authority, appropriate review, and required safeguards.
- Submitting confidential, personal, or proprietary data you are not authorised to process.
- Attempting to extract system instructions, credentials, personal data, model secrets, or restricted content, or bypass safety and access controls.
Output ownership and third-party rights
Subject to these policies and applicable law, you may use output generated for you for personal research. AI output may resemble material generated for others or contain content subject to third-party rights. Cleverfind does not guarantee uniqueness, ownership, or non-infringement.
Do not publish an output as fact, advice, or original authorship without verification, appropriate attribution, and any permission required by law.
Model and feature changes
Cleverfind may change model providers, model versions, system instructions, context limits, safeguards, or feature availability. Such changes can alter style, latency, capability, and output quality. We do not guarantee backward-identical responses.
Report problematic output
Report an output that appears materially false, unsafe, discriminatory, infringing, manipulative, or inconsistent with this policy. Include the conversation or page, the disputed statement, and a primary source where available. Do not include passwords or other unnecessary sensitive data.
